Privacy on this site
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Resonate Works, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, publishes this site to describe Elumvia. This page covers resonateworks.com only. Elumvia — the app — has its own separate Privacy Policy at elumvia.com. This is a general-audience site: it is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
No advertising, no profiling
This site carries no advertising, no social-media pixels, and no cross-site trackers. Nothing here builds a profile of you or follows you to other sites.
How the site is served
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which serves the pages, secures the connection, and protects the site from abuse. To do that, Cloudflare processes each request — including your IP address — as our service provider (see Cloudflare’s privacy practices), and may set a strictly-necessary security cookie if it needs to confirm a request isn’t automated.
We count visits, without cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and creates no persistent identifier — it does not track you across other sites. Cloudflare also reports occasional network errors to help keep the site reliable.
One thing is stored on your device — only if you ask for it
If you use the light/dark switch, we save that single choice in your browser’s local storage so the site looks the way you left it. It’s written only when you press the switch, never leaves your device, and identifies nothing about you. You can clear it at any time through your browser’s site-data settings.
Server logs
Our origin server records requests for pages and images — the requesting IP address, the page, and the time — to keep the site running and secure. For visitors in the EU and UK, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site. These logs are retained for about 90 days and then deleted.
We don’t sell or share your information
We don’t sell your data or share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data an organization holds about you — for example, to ask what is held or to have it deleted. Because this site has no accounts and we can’t identify you from an ordinary server-log entry, there is usually little for us to look up. If you have a question or a request, email us at the address below and we’ll do what we reasonably can.
